Moohwan is the Executive Vice President and Head of Green Investment Center of SK Inc., a holding company for SK Group. He is responsible for investment and corporate development activities across all decarbonization sectors, such as renewables and alternative energy, energy solutions, waste management and recycling, alternative food, and CCUS (Carbon Capture, Utilization & Storage).

Since 2021, he has invested over $2 billion in clean tech companies, including: Plug Power (Hydrogen); TerraPower (SMR); Monolith Materials (hydrogen); Fulcrum Bioenergy (W-t-E); Lunar Energy (ESS); Atom Power (EV charging); Perfect Day (alternative protein); and Meatless Farm (alternative Protein). Previously, Moohwan held leadership positions in corporate development, corporate strategy, executive management support, and marketing/communications from various SK Group companies.

He holds a Bachelor of Liberal Arts degree from Seoul National University.
