Dilhan Pillay joined Temasek in September 2010 and was appointed Executive Director and CEO of Temasek Holdings in 2021. He is concurrently the CEO of Temasek International, a position he has held since April 2019. Dilhan has held various leadership roles in the company, including Head of the Investment for the Portfolio Management and Enterprise Development Groups. He previously led the Temasek market teams in Singapore and the Americas.

Dilhan serves on the boards of the National Research Foundation in Singapore, Enterprise Singapore, the Peterson Institute for International Economics and FCLTGLOBAL. He is also a member of the Future Economy Council, the Financial Centre Advisory Panel of the Monetary Authority of Singapore, the National Jobs Council, the Singapore Judicial Service Commission, and the Singapore Research, Innovation and Enterprise Council.

He graduated from the National University of Singapore with a Bachelor's degree in Laws and obtained a Master's degree in Law from the University of Cambridge.
