Magi Richani is the founder and CEO of Nobell Foods, a company producing plant-based cheese that melts, stretches and tastes like the animal meat alternative by growing dairy proteins in plants. With over $100M raised in funding, Nobell Foods is on a mission to create a radically more sustainable food system, backed by Andreessen Horowitz, Y Combinator, Breakthrough Energy Ventures, and Robert Downey Jr.'s FootPrint Coalition.

In 2022, Magi was named an MIT 35 under 35 Innovator in Climate. She holds a B.S. degree in Civil & Environmental Engineering from the University of Texas Austin and an M.S. in Engineering & Project Management from UC Berkeley.
